MBTI Myers Briggs
personality assessment

Are you an extrovert? Introvert? Where do you get your energy from? How do you make decisions? Do you like planning everything out or are you spontaneous? What are some helpful tips for you? What is the best job for your personality type? How do you leverage this knowledge to be the best you?

MBTI Myers Briggs, most popular globally – measures your innate preferences for extraversion/introversion, intuition/sensing, thinking/feeling, judging/perceiving Myers–Briggs Type Indicator. A chart with descriptions of each Myers–Briggs personality type and the four dichotomies central to the theory. It is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.

The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series

How do you show up every day? What about under stress? What environment is best for you? What cultural fit do you thrive in?

This includes development-focused reports. Based on Hogan’s trademark assessments, the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventories, each report offers information regarding the characteristics, competencies and values that underlie how a leader approaches work, leadership and interaction with others in the workplace.

  • HPI Hogan Personality Inventory: How you wake up in the morning, how you show up every day, how you handle yourself and what people see
  • HDS Behaviors under stress and how to become aware to better manage them
  • MVPI Values, very helpful to understand right environment for your values, what your best fit is, where you thrive

    The Energy Leadership Index  (ELI)
    Attitudinal Assessment

What’s holding you back from being the best YOU in your work or personal life? Do you have any blocks? How do you attain better motivation, influence and leadership?

ELI is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The ELI is an attitudinal assessment, which is based on an energy/action model. This assessment differs from personality assessments as it is not intended to label a person and have them work well within that label. Instead, it measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world.

As part of the ELI assessment and debrief process, you'll learn about the 7 levels of leadership and how much energy you currently have in the catabolic range (negative, destructive, draining) and in the anabolic range (inspirational, constructive, growth-oriented). You'll be debriefed on the findings of the assessment, and coached on how to navigate yourself to higher performance.

    DiSC
    Personality assessment

DiSC® is the leading personal assessment tool used by over 1 million people every year to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication.

The DiSC profile is a non-judgemental tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. If you participate in a DiSC program, you'll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior.

The DiSC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others - within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.

DiSC profiles help you and your team:

    • Increase your self-knowledge: how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress and how you solve problems
    • Improve working relationships by recognizing the communication needs of team members
    • Facilitate better teamwork and minimize team conflict
    • Develop stronger sales skills by identifying and responding to customer styles
    • Manage more effectively by understanding the dispositions and priorities of employees and team members
    • Become more self-knowledgeable, well-rounded and effective leaders
