Tecla is a rare find--a career coach who can transform your interviewing skills and strategy and elevate them to the next level. I hired Tecla because several of my colleagues referred to her as the career "game-changer"--and they could not have been more right. I recently had an interview for a very competitive position and she prepared me psychologically, stylistically, and skill wise. She helped me realize my unique brand, positioning and elevator speech and thoroughly prepared me for the interview by role playing and thoughtful reframing.
